Shipping and Returns

In most cases, orders will ship the same day if placed before noon, excluding days we are closed, weekends, holidays and unexpected closure due to weather.

Orders will be shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx at our discretion.

If you require overnight shipping, we request you place your order directly with the office by calling 203-371-1021.

There is a flat shipping and handling charge of $8.95.  Orders over $100.00 ship free. Please note, your order may ship in multiple packages.

Heat Sensitive Orders

Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure patients receive products in good condition. In the warm months or distant travel, we will ship these items with an ice pack.  However, heat sensitive products ordered after 12 pm Thursday will be shipped out Monday.  Your order may also be held if a holiday will disrupt timely delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on back order. We will ship your out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days. If we find your item can not be filled, you will be notified and your account credited. 


Due to the nature of these items, returns are only accepted due to our error or damaged products.  In the event your products are damaged, it will be necessary for you to return them to our office for a refund.
